Ingredients

20 tablespoons (about 15 g each)

Method

  1. Step 1

Wash all the herbs and the spring onions (opens in a new tab) well and shake dry; strip the thyme (opens in a new tab) leaves off woody stems.

    • 5 min
  2. Step 3

Pulse, scraping down, until you have a fairly smooth, spoonable paste, adding the water only if the blades will not catch. Do not blend for long; heat dulls the colour.
